在美国，中医药市场已形成稳定规模并持续增长。但海外执业面临信息壁垒、认证复杂、文化差异等挑战。iHealthUnity 应运而生，致力于为中医人才打通从国内基础到美国硕博深造、考证、就业的完整路径。

培养体系

Project Background

As the number of college graduates in China continues to grow, employment competition intensifies. Meanwhile, AI is reshaping every industry. However, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with its emphasis on holistic, individualized, and experience-based therapeutic wisdom, remains one of the fields least likely to be replaced by AI.

In the United States, the TCM market has formed a stable scale and continues to grow. However, overseas practice faces challenges such as information barriers, complex certification, and cultural differences. iHealthUnity was founded to provide TCM professionals a complete pathway from domestic education to US graduate studies, certification, and employment.

Training System

iHealthUnity has built a “Selection — Training — Practice — Development” four-in-one closed-loop ecosystem, partnering with US government-approved TCM higher education institutions to offer master’s and doctoral programs.

The training system emphasizes “Clinical-First, East-West Integration”. Students complete 800-1,000 hours of clinical internship, systematically learning the US healthcare system, cross-cultural patient communication, medical record documentation, and clinic management to ensure graduates are practice-ready.
